Scope of Services: Kherkhodi Fabrications provides metal fabrication services including but not limited to stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) work, welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components.

Quotations and Pricing: All quotations provided by Kherkhodi Fabrications are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on project requirements. Prices quoted may vary depending on material costs, labor, and additional services requested by the customer.

Payment Terms: Customers are required to make a deposit or payment in full as per the agreed terms outlined in the quotation. Payment schedules and methods will be communicated by Kherkhodi Fabrications and must be adhered to by the customer.

Project Timeline: Kherkhodi Fabrications will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the customer.

Quality Assurance: Kherkhodi Fabrications is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. All workmanship and materials used will meet industry standards and customer specifications. Any defects or issues with the delivered products must be reported to Kherkhodi Fabrications within a specified timeframe for resolution.

Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property created by Kherkhodi Fabrications remain the property of Kherkhodi Fabrications unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers may not reproduce or use any intellectual property without the consent of Kherkhodi Fabrications.

Liability and Indemnity: Kherkhodi Fabrications shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer arising from the use of its products or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of Kherkhodi Fabrications. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Kherkhodi Fabrications harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the customer’s use of the products or services.

Termination of Services: Kherkhodi Fabrications reserves the right to terminate services or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, or failure to comply with terms and conditions.

Amendment of Terms: Kherkhodi Fabrications reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

By engaging with Kherkhodi Fabrications’ products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
